Tasting a Côte-Rôtie provides moments of pleasure and opportunities for sharing, discussion, silence, relaxation…..
A Côte-Rôtie can only improve if you follow the guidelines below:

A Côte-Rôtie should be enjoyed at room temperature, which is roughly 18°C. If the wine is too warm, do not be afraid to place the bottle in a bucket of water containing a few ice cubes.
